Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

- Mail Order:
Order by post by sending cheques or postal orders, made payable to POPPADOM.

We accept payment by cheque (payable to POPPADOM) or by credit/debit card. We accept: VISA/MASTERCARD/SWITCH/DELTA/SOLO. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
Shipping And Handling Post & Packaging is charged at Post Office rates for First Class Special and charged to your bill. If you would like to make a request for another method of shipping please contact us.
Delivery Schedule UK Mainland - Please allow 7 days.
UK Highlands& Islands/Channel Islands - Please allow 7 days.
Europe - please allow 7 days.
USA & Canada/Rest of the World - Please allow 10 days.
If a delay is likely or your goods are out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail or by telephone (you will have the option to cancel your order).



Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges Tax Charges
We are not a VAT registered comapny, therefore VAT charges do not apply. By the same note, non-UK countries are unable to reclaim tax.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are NOT held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy DAMAGED GOODS:
We carefully check all orders, prior to despatch. However, unfortunately items can sometimes get lost or damaged in transit due to factors beyond our control. If your goods arrive damaged in any way, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for either a full refund or to request a replacement item.

We would strongly advise on receipt of delivery, to check items are undamaged prior to signing for them and if damaged, mark this on the delivery note. If you are unable to do this, make sure you sign for it as 'Goods not yet inspected'.

UNWANTED GOODS:
You are entitled to a cooling-off period of 7 working days beginninng on the day after you received your goods. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us (Tel: +44 1339 887778 or Email us) within the 7 working day period. You will be responsible for returning the items (including the cost of postage). A refund will be made within 30 days from the cancellation date, less the cost of Postage & Packaging costs. If payment was made by credit/debit card, the refund will be made to the original purchasing card. The item must be returned in good condition.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
